Anti Hero (Alonzo) is an American Lyricist/Hip Hop Artist who writes and produces his own music under the labels Suspicious Knowledge, SK Records, and Verbal Assassins. Anti was born and raised in the Bay Area. He got his lyrical start at the age of 8 performing with the Bay Area cultural arts and education reparatory group, Young Gifted and Black. Anti Hero graduated to the group’s teen divisions, Black Gold, and Young Black Kings where he performed throughout California, New York and abroad. He has performed with organizations including 100 Black Men of the Bay Area, UC Berkeley, Laney College, UC Davis, the African American Male Achievement Taskforce, Youth Speaks, the American Cancer Society, Life is Living, and many more. He often collaborates with Bay Area artists and community groups in order to spread messages of peace, empowerment and resilience.
Anti Hero is currently available for bookings throughout the United States and abroad. His positive energy and dynamic stage presence make him an asset to any program or event. He has a network of other lyricists and instrumentalists and can perform solo or with a group.
